AsianCyberGames 2013 Singapore Qualifier

Asian Cyber Games will kick off with qualifiers, starting from September until October to culminate into the National Finals. Only four top teams from each qualifier will move on to the National Finals. This is an opportunity to win prizes and money as well as a chance to prove yourselves that you have what it takes to be the best in the country! In addition, the winner of the Malaysia Asian Cyber Games National Finals will be automatically included into the Dota 2 AsianCyberGames 2013, which will be held in December 2013 where they compete with top Dota 2 teams from other countries!

  • 4th – 6th October 2013




  • Maximum number of teams: 12
  • Tournament format: Teams will be placed into 4 groups of 3, with the top 2 teams from each group proceeding to the quarter-finals. All games will be played in a Best-of-1 series except for the Grand Finals (Best-of-3). Should there be a tie during the group stage, a head-to-head record will be used to determine teams to qualify for the quarter-finals.

  • Note: There is only a maximum of 12 teams that will be accepted. Hence, registration will be on a ‘first register first serve’ basis. However, teams who register with 5 RGN Premium members by 22nd Sept 2013 ( will be given priority slots. Hence, successful registration may not necessarily mean that your team has a confirmed slot. The confirmed list of teams will be released on 23rd Sept 2013 at & no changes will be made after that. Teams who has a confirmed slot & do not turn up for the tournament will be banned from all RGN tournaments for 1 year.
